The rooms are clean, and being able to do laundry on site is really convenient for a long stay. But my experience with the manager was poor. Mohammed spoke to me in an extremely unprofessional way. He couldn’t resolve guest issues without shouting or getting flustered, and the hotel needs to assess that.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it feels like a nice hotel abroad, especially if you book a room with the back yard. Close to shops and food, and a nice little getaway.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I’ve been here for a while because of the council’s negligence, and the staff have been allowed to abuse us. The cleaners called my disabled mum names and made animal faces at her. When we answered back, they threatened to kick us out for standing up for ourselves. I was accused of throwing away their sheets even after I told them who did it. They should’ve looked at the cameras. I think they forget their black as well. I’m pregnant and have been lied about. They said I shouted at one of the male staff, which wasn’t true. People who were with me told management that it wasn’t true, but he doesn’t care. They don’t want to hear our side, which is disgusting and ridiculous. They came into the house while we were outside and took pictures of our things to use against us. That isn’t right. If you think your stuff is safe, it isn’t. I’m scared here, and this is my last week because they spoke to the council to get us kicked out. They’re kicking out a disabled woman and a pregnant woman after we’ve lived here for two years, dealing with their racism. They left my mum and me without hot water for nearly a week. Because of her condition, the cold affects her and she nearly ended up in hospital. I have asthma too, and it wasn’t good for me, especially while pregnant. All they said was, “Go tell the council.” They know the council can’t do anything. It’s disgusting. These people aren’t nice. They’re just here to take your money and abuse you however they can.

DO NOT STAY HERE The accommodation itself is OK, but the staff are extremely rude. Be careful when booking. We made a booking error and contacted them. They told us that if we booked the correct dates again, they’d cancel the incorrect dates. We did that and stayed, but now they’re refusing to refund the mistaken booking or even let us change the dates.
