Premier Inn London Tolworth

Chef Cookie prepared a delicious Christmas dinner for the six of us, and the food was well cooked, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Amin and Mani were friendly and attentive, and their hospitality made us feel welcome and added to the festive mood. We shared the meal with family and friends at Premier Inn Hotel Tolworth yesterday. It made for a memorable celebration, and we’d be very happy to return. Highly recommend it for good food and service.

It was easy to extend my stay, and I didn’t have to move rooms. As a foreigner on my first stay at a Premier Inn, I was pleased with the room and the good Wi-Fi connection, which I needed for work. I did have to ask about the restaurant hours on my first evening. The booking form and check-in hadn’t mentioned when breakfast or dinner was served, and I couldn’t find the times on the room menu either. It would be helpful to let new guests know. Apart from that, the staff treated me well, were friendly, and I enjoyed my stay.

Mani was fantastic throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive and genuinely caring, and nothing seemed too much trouble. His warmth and professionalism made us more comfortable. The rest of the team were polite, helpful and always smiling, too. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well managed, as you’d expect from Premier Inn, but the staff here really made the experience. Thank you to Mani and everyone at Premier Inn Tolworth for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back.

The only good thing about this hotel is Viviana, the manager. She tried her best for us, but the place feels like a total rip-off. I’m writing at 10.45pm while trying to settle my one- and three-year-olds. This has been our worst hotel stay. We booked for two adults and two children but got a room with hardly any floor space. We asked to move and were offered another room in the same situation, with mould in the bathroom. We refused to stay and went to family. The hotel told us to contact guest relations for a refund. We did that the next morning and spent most of the morning and early afternoon going back and forth, only to be told the hotel had to sort it out. We returned and asked for an interconnecting room. They said we’d have to wait two days for one to become available, and we agreed. This is now our first night in a room here. There’s no hot water from the tap, the walls are thin, light comes through the door, and the room is far too hot. Kids have also been using the hallway as a playground for at least an hour. Don’t expect to rest well here. There’s nothing “premier” about this inn.
