Premier Inn London Tower Bridge

The rooms are huge by London standards, with plenty of room to open two or three full suitcases. Mine had a bathtub, extra pillows and a nice view of the Shard. It was reasonably clean, as were the common areas, and I slept really well without interruptions. Other guests were quiet, and there was virtually no outside noise. The check-in was quick and efficient. I had a pretty decent four-night stay and thought it was good value. Getting here with luggage from Heathrow Airport can be a bit of a bother, since you have to walk about 15 minutes. The tube is also a little walk away, but there are quite a few bus stops nearby that go to central London.

The meal deal was really good value. We had dinner and breakfast, and both were excellent. Jan, who was looking after the restaurant at dinner, was a perfect host. We really enjoyed the stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were clean and fine. Food was good and especially good value when travelling with children. The staff were amazing and handled the kids so well. Jan in the restaurant deserves a special mention. We’ll definitely stay again.

Breakfast and dinner were both brilliant, and my husband felt really looked after with his coeliac disease. The staff understood it well and were very well trained on the menu. They were exceptionally helpful, polite and knowledgeable throughout. We loved our stay and would come back. Many thanks to such great staff. Maria and Pryan were amazing.
