The apartment had handy amenities for a longer stay, including a washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, and dishes. The dining chairs need replacing, though, as they feel like they might give way when you sit down. The bedroom is separate from the living and dining area, and our apartment worked comfortably for me, my daughter, and my son-in-law. It can sleep three adults with one on the sofa bed, or two adults and two young children on it. If you use the sofa bed, ask for an extra duvet to put over it as a mattress pad. They were very happy to provide one. The bathroom is between the two areas and is tiny, which seems common enough. With its door opening inward, there’s no room to move around when it’s open. The step over the tub is high, but there’s something to hold on to if needed. Our ground-floor room was 011. It was unbearably hot when we arrived, with the radiator on. It took 24 hours to get it switched off, and even with the windows open all day the room stayed too hot. The air conditioner barely blew and wasn’t cold, and the corridor was very warm too. Maybe there just wasn’t much airflow where the room was. We used fans in both sleeping areas, which made it possible to sleep. Housekeeping was great and the whole staff were exceptionally kind and caring. The location is excellent, a five-minute walk to Earl’s Court tube station, with restaurants, a grocery store, and a pharmacy at the end of the street. Getting around on the tube was easy, and I felt safe walking there. I’d recommend it for solo female travellers too, as I sometimes travel alone. Despite the heat, I’d stay again.

The hotel was too warm throughout, and we couldn’t get our room below 23 degrees. With the quiet neighbourhood, we could sleep comfortably with the windows open. The three-person, one-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious enough for three, though the decor was basic. The sofa looked a bit dubious but was fine to sleep on, and the large bed was wonderfully comfortable. It’s a quiet place in a great city-trip location, with plenty of public transport, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. I’d happily stay again.

The room was a good size, with a small kitchen and sitting area, and it was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Earl’s Court tube is only a five-minute walk away, and I’d definitely come back.

The studio was private and quiet, with everything I needed after a very long flight, including a kitchen, washing machine, and a lovely bath for the end of the day. It’s close to shops and cafes too. I walked a short distance from Earl’s Court station to the ‘Presidential serviced apartments’, where a friendly porter met me and took my bags to the room. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed here twice in the past five years, and the location is very convenient. There’s a Marks & Spencer grocery a block away, Paul Boulangerie two blocks away across from the Underground, and a bus stop a block away if it’s on your route. Other buses are a few blocks the other way. Michael, the doorman, is always smiling and helps with luggage to and from cabs. Alex at the front desk was friendly and had useful suggestions for places to explore, or skip. The rest of reception were mostly unresponsive and dour, and the boss seemed dour too and never greeted anyone. They didn’t give me a sense of hospitality. Veronica, our housekeeper, kept the room immaculate, brought clean dishes, towels, and sheets every few days, and had a positive attitude. The dishwasher is small and almost at floor level. We also met two young Hispanic coworkers who were helpful and responsive, and appreciated my limited Spanish. Our fourth-floor Executive Studio was very warm even with outdoor temperatures of 45-60 degrees. We left the windows open, ran a fan at night, and used the air conditioning a few times. The mattress needs replacing ASAP, it has two distinct grooves. The website photos seem outdated: there are no desks in the rooms, so the dining table for three has to serve as one. The spacious fridge and freezer seemed not to have been defrosted in ages. The closet wasn’t useful for women’s skirts, dresses, or slacks, and some space was taken up by the safe. There’s no light in the closet or hallway. The washing machine was excellent, and our clothes were dry in under 24 hours. A month before the stay I tried several times through the website to upgrade our room, but got nowhere. The Chatbot is a joke and should be removed. I never got a reply, despite being told my tickets were #15, #16, and #18. This hotel has a lot of potential. A good place to start would be pleasant front desk staff who understand hospitality.
