Pullman London St Pancras

The team made our 10th anniversary trip feel special, with a lovely room, a handwritten card and delicate desserts. We were touched by how thoughtfully everything had been arranged. Getting around was easy from this convenient location, and the luggage storage helped make our trip smoother. The staff were caring and friendly throughout. We'd highly recommend Pullman London St Pancras for a special occasion in London.

The room needed a refresh, even after we were moved to an upgraded one, and there weren't any coat hooks. Still, we had a great long weekend and would happily stay again. We'd picked the hotel for its location and price, since we had an early departure from King’s Cross. The first night was rough because we couldn't cool the room and barely slept. In the morning, Tyler listened and quickly arranged another room and an upgrade. He handled it professionally, and we really appreciated it. We had a nightcap at the bar each evening. After waiting 20 minutes at the St Pancras Hotel bar on our first night, despite asking for service, we left. The Pullman bar was a much nicer experience, with attentive staff, a good choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and a relaxed, welcoming feel.

The manager really helped us out when reservation problems came up during our anniversary stay, and went out of his way to make the visit memorable. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of healthy choices, very good coffee and lovely service. Compliments to the manager. Frida

The room felt worn and dated, and a constant clicking from the ceiling made it difficult to relax or sleep. For this category and location, I expected a quieter, better-kept room. The location itself was very convenient, especially for arriving from Cambridge and getting to Heathrow, with King’s Cross and St Pancras right nearby. But service was a letdown. I spent a long time waiting at the front desk more than once while several staff dealt with one guest, without acknowledging or sorting the growing queue. After I used fast check-out, they called me back, then another agent said everything was fine. It was confusing and unnecessary. My keys were also disabled at 11:00 despite my having arranged a late check-out that morning, so I had to make another trip to the desk. The stay ended up more stressful and less comfortable than it should have been. I'd think twice about returning unless the front desk is better organised, late check-out is honoured, and the rooms are updated and maintained.
