The hotel is a bit farther from the Tube than we’d realised, around a 15-minute walk. It didn’t bother us too much, though, and the bus was easy to get to when we needed it. We got a warm welcome on arrival, and our room was clean, well laid out, and equipped for our needs, with a full kitchen, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, and a hairdryer. Breakfast was delicious. Bianca gave us a lovely welcome and showed us the breakfast items, and she, Raluca, and the other staff were attentive to everyone. We’d definitely recommend the hotel and return.

We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location felt safe, with trains and other transport fairly close by. The hotel breakfast was the best we’ve had in some time. Iolandro gave us first-class hospitality at breakfast, and Jared was friendly and professional too. Thanks, Residence Inn. We’ll definitely be back.

The free laundry room was a real bonus, and the gym was surprisingly well equipped. Our room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette that made the stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Faiz and Aravind deserve a special mention for their warm hospitality. Check-in was efficient, and we felt welcome right away. We also appreciated their tips on places to eat nearby.

Breakfast was convenient and had a good variety, and the common areas were clean and inviting. The atmosphere was calm, and the amenities were well maintained. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Haseeb and Hsu were warm, professional, and ready to help throughout. My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with everything I needed. I especially liked the kitchenette and cozy feel, which made it seem more like home than a hotel. Residence Inn by Marriott exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend it for short or extended stays and would happily come back.

Faiz and Minhaj were the friendliest, most welcoming receptionists, with lovely personalities and smiles. The hotel had a range of breakfast items, and the breakfast was excellent every day. We also loved the service from Ioyanda and Mahabuba. They were extremely nice and efficient. The Marriott’s location is perfect, close to London Bridge Station. I’d highly recommend it.
