The location is convenient, about a 7-8 minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station, with cafés, markets, and other amenities nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. The room matched the pictures and had a nice, spacious layout. It was generally clean on arrival, but wasn’t serviced at all during our five-day stay, which surprised me because most hotels clean rooms every 2-3 days. When we asked for fresh towels, reception said we could collect them from the gym downstairs. There was a kettle, though tea or coffee would have been a nice addition. The windows let in both cold and noise, which made things a bit uncomfortable. The staff were polite, but didn’t seem especially warm or friendly. They didn’t offer basic greetings like “Good morning” or “Good evening.” Considering the location and price, it’s okay, a decent option if you just need a comfortable place to stay.

We stayed five nights as a family and it was one of our most memorable trips. The room had a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, kettle, basic utensils, and dishwashing soap. There’s free laundry, though you need to buy your own detergent, plus a gym, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. The view from our window was lovely, and we saw some fireworks one evening. The location was a highlight too. We could walk to Gloucester Road underground station, the Thames River walk, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, the Science Museum, and the Natural History Museum. We’d definitely stay here again if we visit London.

We had a really nice apartment, close to two tube stations, and everything worked out great for us. Jhaveer at reception was very polite and helpful. Hopefully we’ll come back. 10/10.

The area was my favourite part of the stay. Chelsea is beautiful, and evening walks under the streetlights felt like the best meditation. The Natural History Museum is about 10 minutes away on foot, the tube takes around eight minutes to reach, and Albert Bridge is roughly 20 minutes away. It’s stunning at night and very underrated. The apartment itself was fine overall and quite big, as the photos show, but it needs more attention to detail. The furniture seemed a little old, which didn’t bother me much, though the room hadn’t been properly cleaned after the previous guest and felt a bit dirty. The TV remote was in bad shape, with buttons that didn’t work properly and no battery cover. Staff said they’d replace it if they found a spare. There’s no Chromecast. The safe had no instructions, so I called staff for help setting a password. I found out you have to reset it by removing and reinserting the batteries. The door also takes quite a bit of force to lock, and there are no sockets next to the bed. The windows don’t block sound, so it can get noisy. There’s a small kitchen near the entrance, but it came without coffee, tea, sugar, or even a couple of light snacks. Most aparthotels provide basic tea and coffee packs, and you don’t normally travel with them in your bag. There was no tea towel for drying dishes, no dishwasher, and the faucet leaked a little. They did provide cutlery. The bathroom was great, with no real issues. A ventilation system would have been nice, though there’s a window. An aroma spray wouldn’t hurt either. The gym and laundry room have washers and dryers you can use for free. Just bring detergent or capsules. If staff paid more attention to small details like these, the apartment could be amazing.
