We stayed in a clean, properly equipped and very comfortable studio. It had a kitchen, plus a washing machine and dryer, which would be especially handy for a longer stay. All the bathrooms have bidets too, a nice extra for anyone who prefers water-based facilities. The bus stop is right outside, and the nearest Underground station is only a few minutes away on foot. Othman and Sayed were both really helpful and nice. I’d definitely recommend this place for a family holiday.

There are shops, restaurants, and markets close by, and Ekin Restaurant is worth checking out. We took a chance on the area since it was our first time there, and the location turned out to be amazing. Kilburn High Road above-ground station is across the street. We did hear some noise, but we enjoyed staying there. Kilburn Park tube station is a short walk away. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Staff were professional and attentive. Great value for a well-located apartment. My wife and I are travel advisors, and we’ll stay again and refer clients.

The staff were lovely and the apartment was very spacious, but it wasn’t the one I’d booked. There weren’t any instructions for anything.

This was our second stay. The room was great, clean, well equipped, and super quiet. Reception staff were nice, and the location was good. We had a very good stay, but some things need sorting out. With luxury in the name and a five-star rating, guests shouldn’t have to buy their own hand soap and tissue box. Housekeeping only happens on two days, so if you arrive or leave outside those days, you get no service. Staff were kind enough to arrange a bathroom clean, but Monday’s cleaning wasn’t thorough: the bathtub was clearly left undone.
