Sheraton Grand London Park Lane

I was impressed by how attentive the team were throughout my stay. If I walked toward the elevator, someone was already pressing the button, and when I left early one morning the doorman brought me a coffee. Whenever I looked around, a staff member was there to ask if I needed anything. That thoughtful, proactive service made me feel valued. Eylul at the front desk handled all my requests cheerfully and efficiently. Iha in the lounge looked after me like family. I’m especially grateful to both of them for making the stay so memorable. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel for its hospitality.

We stayed two nights at the end of a two-week European vacation and would happily return. Ameg at the front desk checked us in quickly when I explained we had to hurry to make a dinner reservation, but he was thoughtful as well as fast. On departure day we had a problem with an Uber driver we’d called, and the staff promptly prepared a backup plan just in case. We didn’t end up needing it, but the service was fantastic.

My first stay at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane was a very enjoyable one. I needed somewhere in the area, and it had the strongest ratings at a reasonable price. The king bedroom was large and nicely appointed, and breakfast in the club lounge was really good. I looked forward each morning to smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, pastries, fresh juices and more. The staff were very service oriented, and the hotel is in good shape with nicely sized rooms. I’ll choose it again when I’m staying in this part of London.

The hotel is beautiful inside, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful afternoon tea for our anniversary, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel spoiled. Nutty served us and was especially friendly and helpful.
