I’ve stayed at hotels around the world, but the hospitality at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel really stood out, especially in the lounge thanks to Uma. My wife and I felt welcome and cared for from the moment we walked in. The lounge is comfortable, relaxing and well managed, but Uma is what makes it special. She’s kind, attentive and professional, and understands what real hospitality means. She remembered what I liked, checked in without hovering, and always greeted me with a warm smile. You can tell she cares about every guest and has a natural way of making people feel at home. I was amazed by that personal attention, which I haven’t experienced in other hotel lounges, even at very high-end properties. Because of Uma, the lounge became somewhere my wife and I could relax after a long day, instead of just stopping for a snack. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, the service flawless, and each interaction with her made the stay better. The rest of the hotel deserves praise too. Check-in and checkout were smooth and efficient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and staff across the property were friendly and helpful. Uma is a real asset and represents the best of hospitality. We’d absolutely stay at the Sheraton Heathrow again, and I’d recommend it to anyone travelling through Heathrow.

Jay Tagoe and Sajana were amazing this evening. I wanted to write right away to thank them for such great customer service. They were kind and really helpful with the parking and facilities. It’s lovely to meet staff willing to go the extra mile, since you don’t see that often. Thanks to both of you for helping make my visit pleasant. I hope to see you all again soon. Such amazing staff!

The room was really nice, and dinner and breakfast were good, though dinner felt pretty expensive. We stayed before a flight the next day. The lobby, entrance, bar and restaurant are smaller than the ones at other hotels we’ve used. The shower was the letdown: in the morning we waited a while before any water came through, and even then there was hardly any pressure.

We drove up the evening before an early flight and stayed one night, since we had to be up at 4am. Leaving the car here for another five nights was included in the total price, and that was much easier than our usual airport parking. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with a nice bar and restaurant on site. I booked a double room on the website, then called the next day to ask for a camp bed for the family. They added it for just £20, paid on arrival.

The bus was easy to use, and this is a handy place to stay before an early flight from any of the Heathrow Airports. The hotel was clean and relaxed, and the staff were really helpful and polite. I’d definitely recommend it.
