The quiet atmosphere made it easy to get away from London's bustle and relax, and the location was great, just a couple of minutes' walk from Piccadilly Circus station and St James Park. Every staff member we met gave us wonderful service from the moment we checked in. Housekeeping deserves an extra mention for keeping our room and the rest of the hotel spotless, with so much attention to detail. We especially loved the evening turn-down service. Everything about the stay was perfect, and we'll return whenever we're in London.

The room felt calm and indulgent, with comfortable, thoughtfully chosen details and understated luxury. Staff were attentive, gracious and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The location was excellent for both getting around and exploring. It was a five-star stay in every respect, and I'd gladly return. I'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for sophistication and exemplary service.

We arrived much earlier than planned after a last-minute flight change, and the staff were accommodating, helping us check in as soon as they could. The room was clean, tidy and had everything I needed for a business trip. It's a great hotel in a fantastic location, and I'll book again for a leisure stay.

The manager Kim and the male night manager working on 21st Jan handled our “jacket incident” in a professional and supportive way. I'm grateful for how they resolved it. We also enjoyed all the warm, kind touches during our honeymoon. The room was clean and nice, the staff were awesome and supportive, and service was efficient. One of the best hotel stays I've had, and we'd highly recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's gorgeous decor and attention to detail made a lovely impression. It was very clean throughout. We stayed at Sofitel London St James over Valentine's weekend to celebrate our son's birthday, and everyone greeted us with warm smiles as soon as we arrived. Special thanks to Andy Santos for making the stay excellent and memorable. We really appreciate the outstanding service.
