The room felt more like an apartment, with fresh decor, new flooring and a fitted kitchen. It was easy to get into and suited what we needed, and parking was right outside the hotel as expected. My car stayed safe during our visit. We were especially grateful for how the team handled my health needs. I arranged for equipment to be delivered before we arrived, and staff asked for specific instructions about what I needed in the room while coordinating with the delivery company. They made us feel welcome and helped with everything. We had a lovely time in Chiswick last weekend, and the hotel made our London visit a real pleasure. I wish I'd taken photos. Thanks for all the help, we'll be back.

We stayed with the family from 21/10/25 to 25/10/25, and the spacious, clean room made for a comfortable visit. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, from the chefs, cleaners and Reception team to Maintenance, especially Antonio. They really helped make our stay enjoyable.

We were in the area for the recording studio, so the location suited us perfectly. The room was spacious and really clean, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff were lovely, very friendly and full of local tips. Thanks for a great stay, we'll definitely come back soon 🙏

This has become my regular place for London trips. I've stayed three times over the past couple of years, and it's a great base just off the M4. The staff are brilliant, and there's parking available at a reasonable price. Just remember to book a space ahead of time.

Chiswick was a lovely place to return to after the bustle of central London. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the Tube is an easy walk too. We spent five nights here as a family and really enjoyed it. Our room was clean and quiet, and we never heard the neighbours, even though the doors were close together. The staff were friendly, especially the gentleman on the morning shift. An iron and an ice machine, things we're used to finding in American hotels, were missing, but that didn't spoil the stay. We'd happily recommend the hotel and stay again on another London trip.
