We needed air conditioning for our baby during the heat wave, and having a proper one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen was fantastic. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, and I thought the place would be cleaner and the finishes nicer. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout, though, and quickly found us another room. They went above and beyond to help us.

A big thank you to Operations Manager Ernest, who was amazing and very professional. The service was professional across the board, the staff were amazing, and the place was clean. The beds were very comfortable and the apartments a pretty good size. It’s a really good place to stay in London, just a few minutes from central London. I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll be back soon and would recommend it to others. Keep up the good work, you’re doing an amazing job ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a very nice stay, though one thing could’ve been better: our room wasn’t cleaned during the seven nights we were there. A cleaning halfway through would’ve been great. The staff were kind and answered all our questions. The room felt new and modern, with no damaged items, and the bed was super comfortable. There was also a small kitchen with everything we needed.

The area was lovely, colourful, and lively, with a Co-op grocery store right next door. The DLR is just beside the hotel and gets you into the heart of London in 15-20 minutes. After a week of exploring, it was nice to come back to a comfortable, clean room with everything I needed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this place again next time.

We felt safe here as two women, with reception staffed around the clock and the doors locking late in the evening. The Co-op is across the road, the DLR is right there, and buses stop outside. Greenwich is a 20-25 minute walk, New Cross station is 6-7 minutes away, and there are plenty of public transport options for central London. Reception was very busy when we arrived, with people waiting while housekeeping turned rooms around, but I’d checked in online and our room was ready. I’d recommend following the check-in email before you travel. The reception staff stayed polite despite the rush, and Megan was especially friendly and helpful. Our clean room had a comfortable bed and everything we needed for a couple of nights, including a little fully equipped kitchenette. Great location for Greenwich too, and I’d use Staycity again at Deptford Bridge or another location.
