The building has had ongoing hot water problems, and multiple engineer visits haven’t fixed them. I couldn’t take a proper shower at home all winter. The heating comes from a central provider, so it can’t be changed, and the provider doesn’t seem to care. Most of the apartments are occupied by renting professionals or short-term tourists and serviced-apartment guests who don’t seem to complain much. It’s a shame, because this used to be a very good building.
