Sun Street Hotel

The location worked perfectly for me. It's five minutes from Liverpool Street, so getting there from Stansread was super easy, and Oxford Street and Soho are about 15 minutes from the hotel. Inside, it was dead quiet, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was so good I could've stayed in there for hours. Breakfast was yummy, and everyone on staff was helpful and supportive. It's the coziest, friendliest and most amazing hotel I've stayed in. Thanks for such a great stay, I'll definitely come back with my family.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, breakfast decent, and the staff super nice and helpful. It's in a great central London location. The dark decor wasn't really to my taste, and the shower drained too slowly, so water overflowed past the door until I turned the water down. That was my only real gripe.

The breakfast was unfortunately a letdown, but they apologised and took more off the room rate than we could have asked for. That response makes me willing to come back. The room had lovely decor, a great TV and lots of wardrobe space. Bedding was soft, comfortable and clearly high quality, just what you'd expect from a 5 Star hotel. The bathroom was lovely, though the shower pressure was fab, it leaked randomly and had a musty, mouldy smell. Great for a weekend away. I could say more about the food, but how a place deals with a mistake matters, and they handled ours very well.

The Christmas atmosphere all around was lovely, and the hotel had a peaceful feel with a great location. Our room was stylishly designed, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff made the stay feel special by being so welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone after a stylish, high-quality hotel.
