The continental breakfast was excellent, with hummus and vegan feta, though the vegan full English wasn’t good: soft veggie sausage, undercooked tomato, and just one hash brown. I came with my dog, and the quiet hotel had a basket, bowl, bandana with the hotel logo, bowtie, tennis ball, and sausages ready for him in the room. Staff were lovely dog lovers, and we were told dogs could join us in the restaurant and bar, which was great. They also left us a vegan chocolate treat for my husband’s birthday. Very helpful staff all around.

Amanda and Emmie in the restaurant were so friendly and fun, and the food and service were outstanding. I also had a lovely spa treatment, and the staff member there with long dark hair and glasses was professional and kind. I didn’t catch her name. We had an amazing time at both the spa and restaurant, so I’m going back this Sunday. Highly recommend a visit.

The lounge was especially useful before our room was ready. We could relax and shower there, and had complimentary food and drinks both in the lounge and in our room. We were upgraded at check-in, and the housekeeping and nightly wind-down details were top-notch. When weather delays pushed our flight back a day, Sahil at the front desk made sure we could keep the room we’d booked. The concierge was kind and helpful, and the doormen and bellhops were friendly, quick, and attentive with our bags. Athena at the bar made happy hour lovely, with complimentary evening drinks and food. We barely waited for anything. Every person we met made us feel cared for, and the personal service was beyond what we expected. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The staff made the whole experience wonderful, from the doorman and spa receptionist to the therapists and restaurant team. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Because facilities are limited, appointments are staggered so guests can make the most of the spa, sauna, and steam room. We booked a package with two treatments and felt completely relaxed before dinner. The food was amazing too, a great end to the experience. If you want good customer service, this is the place.

We’ve been to the spa a few times and eaten at the restaurant, and I’ll keep coming back. Yesterday we were there for a birthday and arrived a little late, but nothing felt rushed. The spa was relaxing from start to finish. I didn’t get our therapists’ names, but everyone we dealt with was lovely. We were booked in at 10am. Later, Emmie looked after us in the restaurant and surprised us with lovely birthday treats. She was so friendly and kind and really made the day. I live nearby and haven’t stayed at the hotel, but based on the spa and restaurant service, I’d be happy to. Looking forward to next time.
