Andy, who I think runs the place, was so welcoming and went out of his way to make us comfortable. I left my sunglasses behind, and he even posted them back to me. The location worked really well for our Wembley event, where we went to see Oasis, and there were plenty of nice food places nearby. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. We got a free upgrade to a family room, plus extras I hadn't expected: little cupcakes, biscuits, soft drinks, and even prosecco. I don't know whether that's standard or was for the event, but we appreciated it. I'd definitely stay there again when visiting this part of London.

Andy made our stay. We came from Denmark with only backpacks and little time to prepare, so we hadn't brought chargers or adapters and our planning was pretty poor. He pointed us to the nearest shop and shared some good places to visit nearby. We arrived before check-in and I asked where I could change before seeing Taylor Swift at Wembley. Andy didn't want me to have to use a bathroom, so he checked whether our room could be made ready instead. It was ready in record time. Such a kind, helpful, dedicated receptionist. The hotel itself was fine, but Andy really made it for us.

It's basically a house renting out rooms, not really a hotel as described. The price is high for what you get, which is very basic, with no bar or food. The nearest pub and food are a 15 minute walk away, not ideal after our long journey. Our rooms weren't ready either, so reception just kept our luggage until we got back from the day out. The room was cold, and there was no heating at any point during our stay.

If you're going to an event at Wembley, The Brent Hotel is a great place to stay. The welcome and hospitality were superb, and they gave us plenty of useful information about nearby amenities. The pub, dining and takeaway options, and tube are all a 5-10 minute walk away, which was very convenient. Hope to see you again for the next gig overnight stay!

We were heading to Wembley, and being about a 20 minute walk from the stadium was really handy. The return took longer because we were tired, ha ha. It was an easy place to find, clean and tidy, with a polite owner who was pleasant and courteous and available 24/7. Our clean room had plenty of tea, coffee, water, and cookies. A hassle-free, relaxing evening, and we'd definitely stay again. We didn't have breakfast because we needed to get home, so I can't give a complete review, though I'm sure it would be lovely. A super little place.
