Everything else about The Cavendish was perfect for me: the location, room, cleanliness, and service were all outstanding. I really loved the hotel. Still, two things would make me think twice before booking again. At night the room was very dark, with only small bedside lamps and a desk light. I mentioned it to reception. There was also just one power outlet, far from the bed near the desk, which made charging phones overnight inconvenient.

The location was wonderful, and we were pleased with our family stay at the Cavendish Hotel in London. Breakfast was great and served buffet-style.

Breakfast was superb, though I’d change the bacon. They serve streaky bacon just cooked, and I prefer it crispy. Better still, English back bacon would be a good choice. I used to be a breakfast chef at Thistle hotels. The rooms were spacious, the location was great, and staff were excellent across reception, concierge, car valet, and room service. It’s a little pricey, but not unrealistic for this part of London. A really nice stay, and I’d come back for theatre shows.

Breakfast was excellent, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, too. The Cavendish is a beautiful hotel in a perfect central location. A fantastic stay, and I’d definitely return!

Vanessa made our stay especially memorable. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed, including helping us get some special amenities. Then she surprised us with a beautifully handwritten card, such a thoughtful personal touch. That kind of genuine care is rare, and we can’t wait to come back.
