The pub downstairs was a real favourite, with amazing food and drinks, and staff who were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The decor feels welcoming, almost like home. Our room was cozy and clean, and the location worked well. We really enjoyed the stay and our meals. Highly recommended.

We had Sunday Roast and Fish and Chips, both delicious, hearty, and well done. The Fish and Chips live up to the claim of having the largest fish in London. The food fits the classic, welcoming pub feel, and whether you're after a meal or a drink, this place doesn't disappoint. Even on a cold, rainy day, the inside felt comfortable. The simulator fireplace flickering away made it especially cozy for an afternoon. It's close to Hyde Park, and the lively, trendy crowd brings plenty of energy without making things feel overwhelming. The staff were extremely accommodating despite how busy it was. Highly recommended.

The lamb pie and everything else our group tried was great, and the service was just as good. It went well beyond what we expected. The pub is also really nicely designed and kept up, which isn't something I can say about every other pub.

We had our Team Christmas lunch here on 11.12.2025, and the Hayden came through as always. The Christmas menu was delicious, the service impeccable, and there was a good wine selection. The staff were professional and friendly. Thank you 😊

The pub makes for a nice evening out, with good food and atmosphere. As for the stay, the rooms are comfortable, well appointed, and amazingly quiet. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and the free arrival drink is a nice touch. A really great place to stay in London.
