The team made our son’s first visit to London unforgettable. They paid special attention to him, spoke directly to him, and made him feel like a very important guest. Everyone was friendly and personable every time we came through the doors. Thank you to Thomas and the whole team for the personal service and all the small details that made us feel at home and like family. The location is in a great neighborhood, with the tube and plenty of busses nearby for getting around. It was lively but not noisy, just right for us. Our room was beautiful, clean, and huge compared with others we’ve stayed in around London. We also had afternoon tea, and the food and service were great. We didn’t use the gym. The Kensington Hotel manages to pair elegance and luxury with warmth and attentiveness, and we can’t wait to return.

We stayed for five days in this luxurious boutique hotel, with outstanding service and a great spot for the major museums. Central London was easy to reach by tube or on foot. Kumar and Noel managed to combine our several bookings so we could keep the same room for the whole visit, which wasn’t easy. Maria at reception was extremely helpful with our requests. And Daniella in the restaurant gave six-star service and expert advice on what to order. She’s an asset to the business!

It felt luxurious without being pretentious, with care in every detail. The Kensington Hotel is beautiful, welcoming, and perfectly located, and it felt special from the moment we arrived.
