There's a healthy breakfast available for an extra charge, and it's easy to get around London attractions with so many types of transport nearby. The hotel is charming, with clean rooms and a convenient spot. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Clean rooms, great service and a great hotel. Jay, Dorel, Preshna and Aman were especially good. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next London trip.

Our original hotel cancelled at the last minute, and the staff here were extremely helpful and accommodating given the situation. The room was lovely, and getting a taxi to Wembley stadium was no problem.

The room was exceptional, and we had a lovely time. Staff looked after us from start to finish, helping us check in earlier than planned and sorting transport to our event at Wembley. Nothing was too much trouble. They even offered free coffee and pastries in the lobby while we waited. Local shops were within walking distance, and everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a fantastic range of fresh, high-quality options. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed and had the modern amenities we needed. The bed was exceptionally cosy, so we slept well after long days exploring. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location of The pillar Hotel made it easy to visit London's top attractions, right in the heart of the city. My stay was unforgettable from start to finish. The hotel's care for its guests and attention to detail stood out. I'd highly recommend The pillar hotel for a luxurious, stress-free London stay, and can't wait to return!
