We had such a good time, and were thrilled to find a room that could sleep all five of us. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the complimentary continental breakfast was perfect for our hangover: Capri Suns, brioches, and a few sweet treats. As a hotel manager myself, I was very satisfied with the standard for such a cheap London stay. Central Paddington is a lovely area, and the two lads running the place were friendly and professional.

Everything was just right on our trip to London last week. The room was clean and the location couldn’t be better, less than five minutes from Paddington station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were really nice and polite, and it was great value. We couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait to visit again! Bonus: one of the guys at reception was really cute. No offense to the others ;)

The windows wouldn’t open, and the room was cramped and gloomy. But the worst part was waking up to a bug crawling on me, possibly a bedbug or flea, and finding bites on my body. It was horrible. I’m terrified of bringing it home to my children in our belongings, and I can’t bear to think about it. This is unacceptable. I took a video, but there’s no way to upload it here.

We were a family of five and all of us were happy with our stay. The price was very reasonable, and the beds and toilet were clean. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were the best. The place felt comfortable and safe, with a brilliant central location just a couple of minutes from a train or tube station. Nothing negative to say, we’d definitely recommend it.
