The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the premises were very clean. They clearly put effort into making our stay comfortable, so a big thumbs-up to them. The hotel felt cramped, though. The breakfast area is small and gets hard to move around when it’s busy. There were adequate options, but breakfast could use some work. Our room and bathroom felt small, and at times I could barely fit in the bathroom. The shower door couldn’t open all the way because of the limited space. Worst of all, the hot water pressure was almost nonexistent. The location is convenient and within walking distance of Soho and Mayfair. It’s a decent choice, but it didn’t meet the standard of other IHG properties I’ve stayed at, like Bonnington JLT or Voco Orchard Singapore.

The team gave fantastic service, especially at check-in, and Arshdeep made my breakfast extra special. My room was clean and had all the comforts I needed for a short stay. It was on the small side, but a good size for London. Unfortunately, there were road works the night I stayed, and being at the front of the building meant my sleep was disturbed.

Navish made our restaurant visit feel special. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout, and went out of his way to keep us comfortable and well looked after. The café beside reception also works as the breakfast area, and breakfast was lovely: crispy pastries, a delicious-smelling buffet, and fresh orange juice. The room was modern and thoughtfully laid out, with plush beds and useful details like USB cables and charging points by the bed, a touchscreen bathroom mirror, nice-smelling toiletries, and a thermostat that got the temperature just right after our snowy trip down. We also got a courtesy call after entering the room. The location is privileged, close to the gorgeous mews and about 10 minutes from Oxford Street and Hyde Park, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful in a busy city. The hotel is stylish and chic, and the team made our day better from the moment we checked in. Everyone we met was welcoming, helpful, and lovely to chat with. This was a great find. I run a gay travel page with The Wandering Gays and see a lot of hotels. voco Marylebone is in a league of its own. Thanks again to the team who bring it all together! Conor

The room was a real highlight, with a fantastic shower, a bed I sank into, and no outside noise even with the window slightly open. Breakfast was lovely, and Arshdeep took such good care of me. The morning receptionist also arranged a complimentary breakfast when I wasn’t sure whether it was included in my booking, even though I offered to pay. As a rewards member, I felt welcomed and well looked after. Excellent value, and I’ll definitely stay again.
