The location is about as good as you could ask for, and breakfast is included. Great hotel, with awesome, friendly staff. No pool, though, so there goes a star haha.

We parked here using ‘Your Parking Space’. It was handy for Waterloo station, and I got a space without any trouble. The car was fine when we came back 12 hours later.

The lobby has plenty of room to lounge while you have a coffee or tea. The room was comfortable, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom had the toiletries we needed. Staff were very nice and helpful. With a bus stop and the tube just a few minutes away, the location was great. Finding such a comfortable hotel in a good spot at that price was a nice surprise. Highly recommended!

The rooms feel dated, and there’s no tea or coffee or breakfast. But the location is great, the beds are comfy, the shower’s warm, and the price is good. What really made the stay was the service. After a mix-up over breakfast, the manager and concierge sorted things out brilliantly. I’d happily give up some comforts for staff like that.
