Breakfast was great, with a good choice, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The White Americano was awesome too. Our room was clean and functional, and the staff were welcoming. The location suited our needs for a family reunion, but parking cost a lot over the three days despite there being plenty of spaces. Hotel guests should get a concession. A few room things needed attention: the bathroom extractor fan didn't work and couldn't be fixed during our stay, and the desk light just needed a new bulb. The shower temperature regulator wasn't working either, but the staff fixed that.

Preeti at the front desk was lovely, and the arrival treats in our room were a really nice surprise. We were pleasantly surprised by our first stay at a Premier Inn, visiting family with my husband and 3yr old daughter. The family room was spacious, clean and had the essentials. The shower was great, we could connect a firestick to the TV, and it was very quiet at night. Dinner and breakfast in the Beefeater were good and what you'd expect. No complaints, and for the money we'll definitely stay here again.

I always feel safe and looked after when Justine is on reception. She's a friendly face at the Inn, and I always get a warm welcome when I arrive. It's on a street with good food and shopping nearby, and the food here is good and hearty.

The lost-and-found is a problem here, cleaners throw away anything they find. The hotel also feels quite run down, with lots of broken light fittings and soap dispensers in the rooms. Reception is barely staffed, which makes things awkward. I can never get through by phone either. The line says they're busy serving customers, but when I go to check in, they're always in the backroom. I'm guessing there's a staffing issue.

I've been staying here for work every week for a few months, and Abu greets me each time. He's friendly, polite, and always makes sure you're having the best stay possible. It's always a pleasure to see him :)
