The rooms are cosy, each with its own theme and matching decor, and the gentle classical music made meals feel peaceful. Breakfast was the best, and not greasy at all. The two people looking after guests are among the most thoughtful I've met in a long time. They go out of their way to help and patiently explain local attractions. I'd choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Room number 3 was bright, clean and lovely, and the location and off-road parking were both good. The hosts were kind and clearly pleased to have us there. Breakfast was superb, generous and filling. They also gave us great advice for walking the Valley of the rocks and Lynmouth. A great B&B.

Chris and Lesley made our stay such a pleasure, we couldn't have felt more welcome. Their suggestions for exploring this beautiful area were really helpful, and breakfast had so many delicious choices. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotless, with tea and coffee facilities and fresh milk. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi excellent. Thank you, Chris and Lesley.

We had a quiet, very clean room in an ideal location, with lovely comfortable beds. Lesley and Chris were warm and helpful, and made sure I had everything for a gluten free breakfast. They'd even left a lovely box of gluten free biscuits in the room. Thanks, we'll be back!

This place worked really well for us as we hiked the South West Coast Path. It's in a beautiful spot, and the room was cosy, had everything we needed and a great bathroom. We felt well looked after, especially thanks to the local knowledge and recommendations that helped define our stay. Breakfast was delicious.
