Travelodge Maidstone Central

I picked this hotel for a nearby wedding. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The room was just what you'd expect from a standard Travelodge: simple, clean, with a good bed.

A car breakdown is the last thing you need the night before an important court hearing. My clutch went just after I arrived to stay with a friend, but the staff were so helpful. They let us leave our luggage and car keys at reception so the car could be recovered home while we attended to other matters. We came back later for the luggage we needed. The location made alternative transport straightforward. Ubers and trains were easy to get, and the station, with direct trains to central London, is under a 10 minute walk away. The two women on reception were so friendly, and Connor took over on the night shift and was friendly too. They made a very stressful situation much less stressful. Many thanks.

From the moment I arrived, Beth and Connor made me feel welcome. They were both amazing, always ready to help, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Nothing seemed like too much to ask. Thank you both!

The hotel was clean, and I found my room easily. It was clean and comfortable. Check-in was straightforward and the staff were friendly. We booked about 10 rooms for an event in town a couple of weeks ago, and it was easy to get to. Being able to use the Asda car park was a bonus. One thing to watch out for is the sockets. One came out when I pulled out my plug, and another guest got a shock from theirs.
