The dining area and its staff have been great on our visits. We’ve stayed here a few times over the past few years and have always been impressed. The rooms are clean, the beds really comfortable, and the recent refurbishment has made them very nice. Reception staff are friendly and helpful too.

I’ve stayed here twice in the last two weeks. It’s a little outside town, but the motorway link is handy. The staff are amazing, always greeting me with a smile and stopping for a chat. Breakfast has plenty of choice, and the evening restaurant menu is good too. The food arrives quickly and is good quality. They even suggested an app that gets you 10% off food and drink. Can’t fault the hotel. Well done, Village hotel.

Aneta at reception made our Valentine’s Day stay at Village Hotel Maidstone really special. The team had decorated our room beautifully, which was such a thoughtful surprise for me and my partner, and made the celebration unforgettable. Everyone was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Our first stay at the Village Hotel in Maidstone got off to a rough start because of noisy guests, but the hotel invited us back. James, the manager, made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond. The second visit was calm, with attentive staff and a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant. We’ll definitely return!

I’ve been visiting the Village for about 3 years and really enjoy it as a place to chill. Aneta at the front desk always greets me warmly and politely, with such a positive spark. The other staff are great too, including the bar staff. I highly recommend the place!
