The hotel worked well for our weekend trip to the revamped theatre, and it’s just 100 steps to the hills across the car park. The staff were attentive and great, and breakfast was superb. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable, though it felt tired, and the rest of the furniture looked like charity shop rejects. We’d stay again, but I don’t think I could recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel was easy to find and suited our plans well. We also had fantastic views across the countryside. Staff were polite, smartly presented, and extremely helpful both before and during our stay. Breakfast was excellent for both presentation and quantity. Our room looked a little tired in places, but was clean and comfortable. Very well done, and well worth considering for a Great Malvern stay.

My wife and I stayed overnight after our annual Malvern Speakers Toastmasters Christmas Dinner for 24 people, held in The Dame Laura Knight Suite. The room was lovely, and breakfast the next morning was cooked to perfection. For the dinner, the team had everything laid out, including table numbers, name places, and menu choices. The three-course Christmas meal was excellent, and the staff were so attentive that nothing was a problem. We’ll choose the venue again next year. It’s a lovely place, though parking is very limited. The staff were especially helpful, the food was great, and the hotel rooms were comfortable. We had a family birthday event here and it was a great success. It’s a brilliant venue, with a room overlooking the town and the Priory. Thanks to everyone involved.

Room 10 was gorgeous, with all its original features, a very comfortable bed, and everything spotlessly clean. It has a deep freestanding bath and a huge walk-in shower. Breakfast was brill too. Thanks for a lovely stay.
