The housekeeping lady was extremely polite, helpful and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. The office team were friendly and helpful too. The place is close to Manchester city centre, with a tram from cornbrook or a nearby bus to get you there. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Fast service, and they provided soap and towels, which was nice. It's a really nice place with great facilities and a great shower.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The shower never got hot. I messaged the help line asking for a fix or some guidance, and they promised someone would come, but nobody showed up during my stay. Later messages made it seem like they already knew about the problem and still hadn't fixed it, yet kept offering the place to customers. I had to wash with freezing cold water before a professional exam and presentations the next morning. Avoid!
