The breakfast team made the biggest impression on us. Kelly, the breakfast manager, was warm and engaging even while clearly busy and keeping everything under control. She still made time to chat and laugh with us. I travel a lot for work and stay in plenty of hotels, but I’ve rarely felt so well looked after. The front desk, bar team, baristas, and hot food servers were all excellent too. That service is why we’ll likely come back next year, and hopefully Kelly and the team will be running breakfast again. There was plenty to choose from, whether cooked or continental, including coffee and juice. I’d recommend the scrambled eggs or an omelette, and we ordered Flat Whites instead of using the coffee machines. They looked just like the picture and tasted as good as the rest of the breakfast. Three of us stayed one night, enjoyed the Manchester skyline from our superb room, and had drinks at the bar before heading into town. The bar staff were attentive.

The reception staff and porters were fantastic, and a real credit to the Hyatt brand. I really appreciated their help. Our spacious studio was thoughtfully equipped and had a marvellous view of the Peak District. Breakfast brought the stay down a point. The choices were disappointing, and I’ve had better at Ibis Styles. Service in the restaurant felt disorganized, and our host wasn’t very friendly. Please take another look at both the breakfast selection and how guests are treated.

I was moved from Hyatt House to Hyatt Regency and ended up in a smaller accessible room. The stay was decent, and I had a nice view of Manchester from the fourth floor. There’s a gym in the building too. Breakfast was standard, but good.

A nice stay, and I’d come back. The breakfast selection was decent, with hot dishes, and the evening service was great. Most of all, the staff were helpful, kind, and attentive, from the front desk through to the restaurant teams.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and I had everything I needed. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and plenty of seating. Staff in both the restaurant and reception were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a great experience.
