The staff made the stay feel welcoming from the start. We were there as a family, and they were warm and professional when we arrived. They even let us check in early, which helped us settle in and relax. When the manager heard we were celebrating a 50th birthday, we were given a complimentary drink. It was a thoughtful, personal gesture. The toiletries smelled lovely, and the hotel was spotless. Everyone we met was friendly and seemed happy to be there. We felt well looked after and at ease. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

The breakfast was fresh, with lots to choose from, and the hotel had a really relaxing feel. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our comfortable room was quiet, spotless, and had everything we needed. The location worked perfectly for the AO Arena, just a 7-minute walk away. I had a great stay with my daughter and would recommend it. We’d stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a well-organized buffet with a good range of English and Continental options. We spent three nights here. The location made it quick to get to Manchester’s main sights, and the rooms were very modern. We had the single and double room. It wasn’t big, but was more than fine for a short trip. With three people, some extra room for luggage or clothes would have helped. A good experience overall.

The front desk guy was lovely, really friendly and helpful, and the bar staff were great too. We liked the bathroom and waterfall shower, and even the tea and biscuits felt like a step up from the usual. The rooms weren’t huge, but they were clean, nicely finished, and had very comfortable beds. Q-Park right next door was a real bonus, with electric charging points and a discount. Great location for us, and a great stay.

The room was a good size, spotlessly clean, and had comfortable beds. The bathroom felt modern, and the shower was hot and powerful. Although the hotel is in the city, it was quiet with no traffic noise. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were polite and helpful. A lovely hotel in a great spot. I’ll definitely stay again.
