Moxy Manchester City

The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed, and surprisingly quiet on the second floor despite the central location. It was long and offered plenty of luggage space, though there wasn't much room around the bed. The windows on the second floor brought in lots of light but also meant nearby offices could see in. The bathroom was one of the smallest I've been in, but the shower was huge and everything worked as expected. The hotel's great for exploring Manchester. Check-in is beside the bar, and the whole open-plan ground floor has a restaurant, bar and lounge with games like pool, Jenga and table tennis. Staff were friendly and professional. It's a funky, cool place with a great atmosphere, and I'd stay again. I stayed one night in their basic moxy sleeper room. Check out the full review on the YouTube Channel.

The location was just right for the gig we were going to, and I was impressed with the breakfast and the staff. As a Marriott employee, my expectations of this MOxy were exceeded. Sam the Crew Leader was especially personable and friendly. The bar staff and morning crew we met were polite and welcoming too. I'd absolutely stay again.

The hotel looks stunning, and our room was spotless. The staff welcomed us warmly. But there was a bar or nightclub next door playing loud music until 3 or 4am, along with screaming, and it kept us awake. Bring earplugs or book somewhere else.

The rooms were a good size and clean, and the staff were professional at check-in. It's a fun, funky hotel with a central Manchester location, but the rooms were quiet. There's a good bar and some food available, or you can get delivery from plenty of restaurants nearby. A great choice.
