Breakfast was excellent and well worth what it cost. Samarth at the front desk was a really nice, professional and helpful man. We were very happy and will definitely book again.

The spa wasn’t too busy, and the hotel was clean and fresh. Food was lovely too. It’s well run and in a good spot for nightlife, with plenty of bars and restaurants just a walk away.

Breakfast was the best part of our stay. The two women in the restaurant were welcoming, friendly and professional, explained everything clearly, and made us delicious freshly cooked vegetarian sausages and poached eggs. We thanked them before leaving. Later, the hotel team handled our concerns to a high standard, and that made a real difference to our impression. Checkout hadn’t initially included any questions about our stay, but the follow-up service resolved things well. Our room was a good size, though dated, and some areas could use a deeper clean and a refresh. We raised concerns and the team addressed them afterwards. At check-in, the receptionist was polite and friendly. There were a couple of small misunderstandings about the facilities and parking, which the team later clarified professionally. The pool seemed to have so much chlorine that our eyes burned. The young woman at the spa reception didn’t seem keen to help and spent much of the time on her phone with her feet up. Pool towels were kept behind the main reception, which was confusing, and when we asked where to return them, the directions were vague. Her reply became quite sharp when we asked for clarification. There were a few issues, but the later service, especially from the breakfast team, left us with a more positive view. Better communication and spa service would help.

The staff and breakfast were good, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and it wasn’t worth the price. The room smelled bad and was very dirty, with an unflushed toilet and some .... left behind. It hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived, and the place felt old and in need of renovation. I didn’t expect that from a four star hotel.
