We ate at the hotel, and the food was excellent. They also catered the family funeral, which we really appreciated. I stayed for two nights to meet family for the funeral, and the staff were friendly and attentive the whole time. The rooms were clean and tidy, housekeeping did a great job, and the hospitality was good. Thank you for taking such good care of all of us.

For one night around a local gig or match, this place is ideal, and the price is excellent for being so close to Wembley. Staff are sound, and there’s a high street within walking distance with everything you need. The room is basic and could use an update: the floors are old and creak, you can hear the pub downstairs on Saturday evenings, and our window handle was broken so the window wouldn’t close all the way. There aren’t any luxuries, but for one night at that price, it’s hard to complain.

Steve and his team were brilliant, and the location and value are hard to beat. We arrived mid-afternoon for the Counting Crows gig at Wembley Arena, on the day of the South Africa vs Japan rugby match at Wembley. The place was buzzing with a great atmosphere. After the match crowds had cleared, we stayed for a few drinks. They weren’t serving food because they’d been so busy and expected another rush, but we were able to order a pizza for delivery. The room was basic, though the beds were extremely comfortable and it had everything we needed. Can’t recommend it enough.

I just used the parking for a concert at the arena, and the location was great. The staff who met us at the entrance and installed the hotel were super friendly. The fee was fantastic value, and the parking felt really secure. The chap I spoke to when booking was friendly and helpful too. Excellent job all round!
