The Swan Inn

Dinner was generous and really tasty, with no rush even though we wanted to have Prosecco and play cards first. The food was unfussy, and breakfast was worth a mention too. We arrived during the Saturday evening rush, but the staff took care of us and checked us in quickly. Our very clean, cute room overlooked the town square, everything worked, and it had a lovely old four-poster bed. Great staff, friendly and unpretentious, and good value.

Dinner was lovely, especially the mussels, and the espresso martinis are a must. I’d highly recommend staying here. We were there for one night and wished we’d stayed longer.

The rooms were decent, and ours had a recently refurbished bathroom. We stayed for a night and had dinner and drinks, and the food was really good. The team were exceptionally friendly, proactive, and helpful. We accidentally left my son’s favourite toy behind, and they kindly posted it back with some lovely photos and a message. A really brilliant place!

We stayed in Room 5 at The Swan Inn in Midhurst, and it was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. After a long six-hour drive, it immediately felt like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we both slept like logs. We were in the area for a nearby car festival and were exhausted when we arrived, but there was music playing that evening and the atmosphere seemed great. We had serious FOMO and would have joined in if we’d had the energy, though it wasn’t disruptive and we still slept wonderfully. Breakfast was next-level. Try the salmon and scrambled eggs, seriously unreal! The staff were all warm and welcoming, and you can tell they care about their guests. It was one of the loveliest stays we’ve had in a long time. If we’re back in the area, we’d stay here again without hesitation. Thanks to everyone at The Swan Inn for making the weekend special.
