Bow, Anjila, and Mandy were lovely, and I especially want to mention how helpful they were. The staff knew the allergen menu well, so we could enjoy dinner at the Marco Pierre White restaurant without any stress. The food was delicious and the service was great. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The carbonara Chef Cameron recommended was a standout, with a lovely balance and the kind of simple, traditional Italian flavor I was hoping for. I was really impressed with dinner at Marco Pierre restaurant. My family and I will definitely be back to eat here!!!

The location works really well for us, about 15 minutes on foot from the station and Campbell Park, and the staff are always friendly. We’ve stayed here several times. Breakfast is decent and there’s plenty of it, and some refurbished rooms are in good shape, though many are starting to look tired. The Health Club is the biggest letdown. It feels dated, with a small, worn pool that is often partly leased to children’s swimming clubs, so it can be busy for much of the day. A quiet swim is really only possible during the allocated morning or evening hours. There’s a steam room but no sauna, and it gets uncomfortable with more than three people. The changing rooms are awful, showers only have tepid water, and most of the lockers seem broken. This place could offer so much more, but it feels as if it’s gradually deteriorating.

The rooms were clean and the location was really good. Everyone on staff was lovely and accommodating, nothing felt like too much trouble. A special thank you to Lauren, who was working that morning and left us a sweet card and box of chocolates for our first Valentine’s Day as a married couple. Such a lovely gesture!
