Kents Hill Park Conference Centre and Hotel

We’ve held our retreats at Kents Hill Park over the past two years, and each one has gone really well. The whole team is friendly and helpful, from registration and the restaurant to the conference team and general administration. The restaurant staff went out of their way to review the menu with us and accommodate our preferences wherever possible. The food was excellent, and the care they took with our group made a real difference. Thanks especially to Carl, Ajeesh, and everyone on the team for the delicious meals and for looking after us so well. I’d highly recommend Kents Hill Park Training and Conference Centre as a well-organised venue with a great team.

It’s peaceful and has beautiful grounds, though getting here is a bit awkward without a car. A taxi from the train station was around £15, which wasn’t too bad. The building is huge, and Mohammed was friendly, smiley, and helpful. He told us there are around 100 conference rooms! Our beds were very comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious. We even had a couple of magpies chatting to us through the room window this morning, which was lovely.

The meals were my favourite part of the TLGC London event, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner all so tasty that I ended up full every time. Mohammed served us and was really kind to me and my church. I had a fantastic time at this conference centre, and the location was amazing. Thanks to him for doing such a great job. Hope I’ll come back! :)

It was my first visit to Milton Keynes and Kents Hill Park Hotel, and Entela made everything easy. She was kind, always smiling, and explained the hotel and Milton Keynes to me. The hotel is very large, and my room was exactly what I needed because of my mobility difficulties. She also gave me a FOB key to make getting around Lapwing House easier. The food was nice and the room was very comfortable and accommodating. Thank you for everything.
