The evening meal was generous, and both the food and plates were served at a good temperature. I've had a lot of sticky toffee puddings in my 67 years, but that was the best. Breakfast was excellent too, with good porridge, hot plates and quality ingredients. We were there just one night with Voel coaches from North Wales. The housekeeping made a great first impression, with no dust anywhere, even under the beds. All the staff were so friendly and had such a good attitude, it's impossible to single anyone out. We've stayed in 14 hotels this year, and this matched the overall quality of the hotel in Austria. Perhaps being family run is the key to service they can be proud of. Well done.

We went with a coach trip about a month ago and really loved staying here. The whole place was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, and there aren't many hotels like this one left. The food was great, with a really good choice. Staff were always cheerful and helpful. I'd definitely come back.

The staff are what make this hotel, so friendly and helpful. We stayed three nights with a coach tour group and had a very comfortable, exceptionally clean Seaview room. The evening meals were delicious, came in generous portions and had plenty of choice. Breakfast was cooked to order, served hot and tasted great. It's in a great spot for the Morecambe seafront. I'd absolutely recommend it.

We stayed five nights and enjoyed it very much, with no problems at all. Our room was cosy, the bed comfortable and the bathroom lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast choices were good. The menus had plenty of choice too, including a Vegetarian option every time, which was great.

We stayed two nights this time, and we always come back here. The staff are pleasant and so helpful. Breakfast is excellent and cooked to order. I forgot to ask the chef how they make that scrambled egg. Dinner's great too, and the rooms are first class. It's right on the prom and handy for town. See you again soon, many thanks.
