The food was tasty and nicely presented, and the buy-one-get-one-half-price deal made Sunday dinner good value. I wasn't keen on the skin-on roast potatoes, though, and the gravy was a little too watery. Fix those two things and it'd be 10/10.

The dining area was immaculate, and the food was very nice. I came in for a gluten-free lunch and was glad to find a good range of GF options clearly marked on the menu. There were no time limits or special days for them, unlike places that only offer gluten-free dishes after 5pm or on one day a week.

We had a lovely stay, with cosy rooms, a nice atmosphere and friendly staff who were always happy to help. The fish and chips were especially good. The only downside was our room being on the top floor, up three flights of stairs. I'd definitely come back.

The food was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented, and the cocktails were delicious. I recommend the Stormy Morecambe Bay. Stephen welcomed us in warmly from the breezy prom and was friendly and attentive without hovering. We'll definitely return, and hope to stay over so we can try more cocktails. Thanks especially to Steven for making it such a good experience.

Morecambe can look a bit run down in winter, but we went into the Royal Bar & Shaker when we needed something to eat and were really impressed. It's very clean, with incredible decor, and the barman was efficient and friendly. The fish and chips were amazing at £10 each. Thank you, highly recommended.
