My sister and I finally made it for a one-night stay after having to move our November booking a few times. The staff made changing the dates easy and were so accommodating. The surroundings and hotel looked stunning when we arrived, and our room was clean, lovely, and spacious. We both had treatments, and my facial was incredible. I can’t remember the therapist’s name, but she was excellent. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and breakfast the next morning was delicious. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. We’d definitely come back and would 100% recommend it.

Dino gave me the best back and neck massage I’ve ever had. Everyone was lovely, polite, and welcoming, which made the spa day so enjoyable. We finished with afternoon tea, with a great selection of sandwiches and cakes. I’d highly recommend it.

I’m local and can’t speak to the rooms, but I’ve been three times for a deep tissue massage. I got Dinos on my first visit and wow, he’s clearly experienced and knows what he’s doing. It’s a proper massage, and if you go in open minded, you’ll come out feeling amazing. It’s hard to find an experience like this. Thank you, Dinos.

The treatments were lovely, and the afternoon tea was delicious and really filling during our spa morning. The staff were great too, and we had a lovely time, though some of the facilities are a little dated. I wasn’t impressed by the plastic coffee cups. The potholes on the road in were so bad I worried my car had been damaged. They need maintenance, and seeing them first makes a poor first impression as you arrive.
