Breakfast was a real treat each morning, fresh, delicious, beautifully served, with lovely homemade touches. Our hosts were friendly and attentive, and had great local tips for exploring. The garden is beautiful, and the room was thoughtfully decorated, elegant but cosy, with a super comfy bed. My seven-year-old son and I felt welcome as soon as we arrived. It's a charming B&B with a relaxing, comfortable feel. We wanted somewhere with home comforts and easy access to local attractions, castles, stunning beaches, and walks, and this was just right. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Northumbria. Thank you, Steve and Lesley 🌼

The room was spotless and nicely decorated, with extra blankets available. The hosts were charming and friendly, and did everything they could for us. Breakfast had just about anything you might want, and the filter coffee was lovely. Couldn't fault it, would definitely recommend.

Lesley and Steve looked after us so well. We had a lovely stay, with great accommodation and breakfast. I'd definitely stay again if I'm back in the area.
