Those homemade Yorkshire puds were the best I’ve ever had, and the roast beef was excellent too. We dropped in for Sunday lunch and left very happy. It’s a cosy, welcoming spot with delicious food. Definitely recommend 👌🏼

The food and wine were gorgeous, and the menu was such good value. We tried the wine and dine option on our first visit tonight, and the warm, traditional atmosphere and friendly welcome made it a great evening. We’ll definitely be back 😊

The room was spotless and spacious, and I slept really well. I found this little gem by chance when I needed an unexpected overnight stay. The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

A real fire was there to welcome us when we came into this cosy, fairly small pub. We stopped for Sunday dinner while passing through and had a really good meal, with generous portions for a reasonable price. The service was lovely and friendly. We’ll be back.

The Sunday roast is easily the best I’ve ever had, and breakfast was first class too. The Full English was perfect. It’s a great place, with a really cosy room and fantastic food. Can’t recommend it enough.
