The Wi-Fi was free and stayed pretty stable, and the room felt clean and modern. It had a hairdryer, kettle and the usual basics, with toiletries in dispensers by the sink and in the shower. Getting checked in was quick and easy. They also sorted my request for a quieter area of the hotel without any fuss. The location worked well for me, just a short drive from the motorway. Parking costs £3 for 24 hours, paid at the keypad in reception.

The room was really cold, and we found a hair in the bathroom. We didn't complain about it; I picked it up and put it in the bin. The staff were polite and friendly, and treated us respectfully with lovely smiles. We were shocked to find out we had to pay for parking when we thought it was free.

A handy spot if you're travelling by public transport, and the place was clean and affordable. Their meal deal for supper and breakfast is good too, so don't miss it.

The upstairs hall, especially the corner by rooms 130 to 145, has smelled of vomit for a long time. Air fresheners haven't been enough to get rid of it, so I wish they'd have the carpets professionally cleaned. We’ve stayed here regularly for a few years, and the staff are really helpful. Brian especially has been great.

Clean hotel, good night's sleep, and great service from the staff. I'll be visiting again soon.
