The Green W7

Even with the place busy over the weekend, the staff were wonderfully friendly and kept an eye on everyone having a good time. It’s clean throughout, with a relaxed, welcoming feel. Exactly what you want from a dependable, fun local spot. We had a fantastic time.

We’d previously enjoyed the burgers and pizza here, and those were good too. We’ll probably get a roast takeaway in future. This time our mixed family group of six, including a 90-year-old and a five-year-old, had the Sunday carvery, which was really good. Between us we tried all the meats: turkey, beef, lamb, pork and gammon. There was a good choice of vegetables and sauces, plus a huge Yorkshire pudding. The five-year-old is allergic to gluten and peanuts, and staff were very good about making sure we knew peanuts were present in the kitchen because of the nut roast.

Green W7 is a West London gem with a distinctive feel. It’s cozy, the staff are friendly, and the music is great. There’s a broad choice of local and classic beers, and the food is better than you might expect, especially the burgers and snacks.

We stayed here two years ago and had such lovely memories of the pub’s atmosphere and how kind everyone was. I remember a ukulele night or something like that. I loved our time there ❤️
