The guest house is really close to the town centre, and the main beaches are an easy walk away. It's a lovely house, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Friendly service and great food made for a really nice holiday atmosphere. I'd definitely come back!

We stayed a week at Summer Breeze and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating; I especially appreciated their attention to detail and the precautions around covid, which made me feel very safe. If we return to Newquay, we'll stay here again.

A few parking spots are available outside, and you can also park on nearby side streets. The bed and breakfast is in a great location, within walking distance of the town centre, supermarkets and some nice restaurants. The rooms were very cute, and breakfast was delicious.

My sister and I had a really enjoyable week at Summer Breeze. Everywhere was spotless and the accommodation was first class. There was plenty to eat at the super breakfast, and the owners couldn't do enough for us. Thank you, Karen and Andy.

Karen and Andy are wonderful hosts and always ready to help. The sea-themed decor is super classy, and breakfast was wonderful, with both traditional English and continental choices. It's very close to the beach and town centre.
