Premier Inn Nottingham Cc - Chapel Bar

It was a pleasant, quiet stay and I slept well. The location is great too. Cleanliness was the letdown: even after cleaning, it still didn’t feel clean enough, and dust was easy to spot. I expected more attention to that when I booked the Premier rooms.

We stayed here with our granddaughter and had a fantastic time. The staff were the loveliest, all hardworking, polite and friendly. Our room was spotless and warm, with comfortable beds. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant next door were exceptional. The location was perfect, and we’d definitely come back. Thank you all very much.

We’d booked a Premier Plus room, but the bathroom wasn’t clean and the mini fridge was dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and we were told none of the rooms have windows that open for fresh air. There weren’t any other rooms available.

I came from London for one night to look around the area. Getting to the town centre was easy, and the station is a 15 minute walk away. I was on the third floor in Room 330, a Premier Plus room, but I wasn’t impressed and probably wouldn’t pay for that upgrade again. The shower was over a bath you had to climb into. There was a coffee machine, but nothing explained the pods, so I didn’t use it. There were no tea bags, only herbal tea, and two sweet treats. Those few extras weren’t worth it to me. There were quite a few marks and bleach stains on the carpet by the toilet, and a brown mark beside the bed that looked like someone had had an accident. When I arrived, I saw that the cleaners were all students, so the marks and stains didn’t surprise me. I’ve stayed at many Premier Inns, but don’t want to stay at this one again.
