It was enormously refreshing to see how well the staff worked together to make our big family occasion go smoothly. They were attentive, capable and understood what we needed, setting up the party accordingly. We held a 90th birthday party at the hotel and were extremely impressed with the service and attention during both the event and our stay. A massive thank you to the team, you deserve it!

We booked for the extended family while attending a memorial service in nearby Mirfield, and had an excellent couple of days. Breakfast was full, the bar stayed open, and the staff were pleasant and polite. There's table football in reception, too. When a young man with his own issues approached us, the staff handled it well and acted quickly when the situation escalated. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone looking for somewhere in that area.

Cheap and straightforward, with comfortable rooms. The staff weren't great, and the food was expensive and average. I wouldn't choose to eat here.

A solid stay, with good rooms, a great breakfast and staff who were nice and very accommodating. I really appreciated the gluten-free area at breakfast. I'm not used to having that option at hotels, so it was a lovely touch.
