St Margarets Hotel

Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with lots of options and a table in the conservatory overlooking the garden. The hotel feels cosy and charming, and the room was so well kept and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by how much was provided, including plenty of complimentary tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. I'd definitely stay at St Margaret’s Hotel again and recommend it.

My partner and I came from Essex for a night in Oxford and booked the superior room. It was much bigger than we expected, and the staff had gone above and beyond with the complimentary items. I have a gluten and dairy allergy, so finding soya milk in the room for tea and coffee was a nice surprise. Breakfast was just as good, with plenty of gluten-free choices, including some that were free of both gluten and dairy, so I didn't have to go without. We slept brilliantly, the bath was lovely, and having a fridge was handy. I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

The breakfast spread was excellent, with the usual English breakfast, plus fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread, preserves, juices, tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our room was large enough for three separate beds, very clean and comfortable. There were lots of teas and coffees, a mini fridge with drinks and snacks, and a large bathroom with a shower and plenty of hot water. Complimentary soaps and other bits were provided too. Communication before arrival was great. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Breakfast in the conservatory was just right, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, good showers, nice toiletries and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. It's a quiet spot that's still central. I thoroughly recommend St Margaret's Hotel.
