Paddington Station is less than five minutes away, and the neighborhood has shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets. It’s an ideal base for exploring London, even if this isn’t a luxury hotel. We spent four nights in late January in a three-bed room. The first one was clean, cozy, and comfortable, though it was on a lower level. We asked to move higher up and were shown a more spacious room on the top floor the next day. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and breakfast was more than adequate. The serving staff were incredibly friendly too. Thanks to everyone for a great stay!

We had a spacious room for three for four nights, especially for what it cost. The staff were lovely and the service was top notch. Being so close to Paddington Station made getting around on public transport much easier.

The walls are so thin you can hear people upstairs and outside. A child in the next room cried all night, so we couldn’t sleep. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’d rather pay more somewhere else and get some rest.

The Nayland hotel is a clean, comfortable place with basic accommodation and very friendly staff who are happy to help. It’s well placed for exploring the city, with the train station and bus stops a short distance away. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from nearby.

For the price, this hotel is pretty good. The room was a little bigger than London rooms usually are, which was great for us. We also had a clean, quiet room and friendly staff, plus free coffee and tea in the lobby. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks!
